That's why The New York State Health Department probably won't be able to require anything of the sort if the health care workers make them sniff the insides of a court :)

For some, getting a flu shot is the kiss of death! Imagine, you are in a hospice or hospital, with a temporarily impaired immune system due to another illness. Your nurse comes in after having received an immunization. Your weakened immune system allows access to the illness her body is building resistance to, and you die from the nurse's immunization!

Those with impaired immune systems (those with AIDS, cancer, small infants, even FIBROMYALGIA!) are warned to NOT get these shots, and to stay away from those who HAVE recently received them. Those people are actively shedding cells which WILL cause illness in the weak.

I hope the health care workers win this one, in the name of community health and mercy!
